Veterinary Services
The Community Veterinary Clinic offers basic preventative care including vaccinations and spay/neuter surgeries.
*Services listed below reflect appointments beginning August, 2026
Spay/neuter includes rabies vaccine, nail trim, and ear cleaning (if needed).

Adding Wellness/Vaccine Packages
Your spay/neuter procedure includes the opportunity to purchase a vaccine package for your pet.

Vaccine and preventative care services require an appointment. Your visit includes an exam and the option to select only the vaccines you need for your pet.

Appointment Cost: $40 (includes exam and rabies vaccine)
Vaccine Cost: $20 per additional vaccine

Microchip: $25
Deworming/Preventatives: Priced by animal weight
SNAP Tests (FeLV, FIV, Heartworm, etc.): $25

Sick visit appointments are designed for non-emergency health concerns that may be affecting your pet's well-being.
Sick Visit Fees
A $100 deposit is required to secure an appointment for a sick visit. Treatment costs will vary by condition. If the cost of treatment for your pet's sick visit is less than $100, the remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded.

A consultation is required to assess your pet's dental condition. During the appointment, our clinic team will make a recommendation for care and a quote for dental care will be provided at your appointment.
Appointment Information
Appointment cost: $25
If you choose to pursue dental care, the cost of your appointment will be deducted from your pet's dental service.

Securing an Appointment
New appointments are released online on the 15th of each month, showing availability for the following month. If you don’t see an appointment time that works for you, please check back.
Payment
Payment is required in advance to secure your appointment(s). If you're scheduling for multiple pets, each spay/neuter appointment must be paid individually for each animal in advance. Once payment is made, you will receive an email notification confirming your appointment(s).
Don’t forget to check our online booking system regularly—nearly 50% of appointments are canceled due to unpaid fees and become available again.
Dropping Off and Picking Up Your Pet
In an effort to streamline operations and help serve as many people and their pets as possible, we have preset drop off and pick up times. Your appointment confirmation will include additional information about location, drop off times, and other information about your visit.

Federal and State Assistance Programs
Income qualification may also be verified via assistance programs. Examples include, but are not limited to: SNAP, SSI or SSDI, Medicaid/Apple Health, WIC, TANF, Section 8 Housing, Veterans Pension or VA Aid & Attendance.
